RETURN AUTHORIZATION
For returns made 15 days from the date of receipt on items that are not defective, Dragon Rider North America will refund and/or issue store credit less shipping and handling and a 10% restocking charge. The 10% restocking charge will be applied to the sales price of the item(s) returned (excluding shipping and handling).
For returns made after 15 days from the date of receipt on items that are not defective, Dragon Rider North America will refund and/or issue store credit less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking charge. The 20% restocking charge will be applied to the sales price of the item(s) returned (excluding shipping and handling).
For returns made 15 days from the date of receipt on items that are defective,
Dragon Rider North America will refund and/or issue store credit on the full amount of the
invoice (including shipping and handling charges on the original order).
For returns made after 15 days from the date of receipt on items that are defective,
Dragon Rider North America will refund and/or issue store credit less shipping and handling.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns (except as noted above).
All returns must be shipped via FedEx.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain an RA#, please e-mail returns@dragonriderusa.com. Please include the following information your e-mail:
1) Full name as it appears on the order
2) Client No.
3) Item name and number of the product(s) being returned
4) Date of purchase
5) Invoice number
6) Reason for return please be as descriptive as possible. If the reason for return concerns the receipt of
defective product please provide a clear description of the defect(s)
Please note that any returns received by Dragon Rider North America without an RA# issued by Dragon Rider North America clearly marked will be refused.
All returned items must be returned in original, saleable condition, including all packaging and accessories with all labels/labeling and hang-tags attached. If returns are not in original, saleable condition with all packaging and accessories and all labels/labeling and hang-tags attached a refund and or store credit may not be issued.
Sale merchandise may be exchanged only. If sale merchandise is no longer available or in-stock then a store credit in the amount of the purchase less shipping and handling will be issued.
Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
